The Good Housekeeping "Woman's Home Cook Book" was published in 1909 by Reilly & Britton, Chicago Semi-hard cover, no DJ. This is a combination memorandum, cook book and scrap book all rolled into one. An oblong book with pictorial cover and hanging loop, it contains recipes on the even-numbered pages with facing pages blank to write or paste in personal recipes or information. Illustrated with a few black-and-white photos. Lots of wear to its grey, yellow and green illustrated cover including dirt, rubs, bumps, and creases. Pages are slightly discolored with age and have a few dirt smudges, but are tight and otherwise clean with nothing written or pasted in. Pencil scribbles on front and back fly leags. 320 pages.
