1904 Vintage Edwardian Ad- Guests enjoy the Courtly Military Charm at Hotel Chamberlin Old Point Comfort, Virginia. Wonderfully vivid original Black and White Vintage Edwardian travel ad taken from the pages of Good Housekeeping Magazine. This wonderful looking ad is the epitome of the charm grace and gentility of leisure travel during the grand days of the Edwardian Era. Great graphic drawn by artist Burroughs features a couple being met lakeside by smartly uniformed soldiers as they ascend from an idyllic motorboat ride. Fantastically detailed image with the broad gleaming expanse of the hotel and the lake in the background, note the boat full of naval uniformed men and the tipping of the cap of two generations of military gents. Ad measures 7 x 10 and is in crisp excellent condition overall. Will be fantastic on display with any decor!
