Very good quality ring with rub-over settings. 18ct yellow gold with two large garnets and three small diamonds. Good, solid setting. Garnets are approx 3 mm diameter each (maybe a little more) and the diamonds are approx. 1.35 mm diameter. The band is 6 mm wide at the front, tapering to 5 mm at the rear of the finger (just under 1/4 inch to 4/16 inch). This could be late 19th century or a little later - the style is definitely Victorian though. Total weight of ring including stones is 6.35 grams. The ring size is English M (USA size 6) with an internal diameter of 16.51 mm. Condition is excellent overall, with just a few scuffs as one would expect on an estate ring.
