This is a framed and matted color lithograph of colonial families building a log cabin and entitled "Home Builders." I took it apart to clean it and found the following information: In the center at the bottom is the poem "The Builders" by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. At the bottom left is the signature of E. Percy Moran with the swastika symbol, and at the bottom right is "Copr. The Knapp Co., Inc., N.Y., Printed in U.S." The print itself looks to be in very good condition. The off-white matting has faded. The frame, which I believe is original to the piece, is carved. It has a black and coral colored background with gold on the top.
