1840 Engine Turned Gold Ladies Locket

This Antique Engine-Turned Ladies Locket is (Rare) you don't find one every day. It is 1 3/4" Long by 1" Wide and 3/16 Thick. It has a 14K Front and Back Hinged Opening Type Case. The Cover closes to meet an Intricate Raised Gold Leaf Design. Their are (No Problems) with this Locket, it is in Excellent condition. Inside it shows a Later Baby and a man in Tin-Type Photo behind a Beveled Glass Cover. Reference on this Locket is in the Book on (Collecting Victorian Jewelry) by Jeanenne Bell Page 76, Engine Turned Locket, circa 1850 for $400.00.
