18/19th century crescent shaped antler horn retractable hunter's skinning knife, with a storage or belt latch which serves to lock the blade when open and hang the closed knife when not in use. The piece bears hallmarks of an L and a B (or R) with a crown between cross swords. This unusual piece would make a fantastic gift or addition to any fine collection. We have never seen anything quite like it nor are we familiar with the marks. We are not sure how old it is it might be from the late 18th or early 19th century.
