1800's Medallion sovereign Figural purse

Medallion piece in jewelry date back for hundreds of years and this medallion signed purse with suede bottom is a real example of how victorians held their money. THe long slender suede pocket would fit into the pocket and the flip over lid could stick out of the pocket and look like a pocket watch. The length is 4 1/2" long and the medallion is 2 1/4" across. The inside of the hinged top has the letters FOR or FOB. The suede is original and has torn from the top. The outside medallion is in great shape. Inside it has not been cleaned. Sold as found. Vintage and antique items are not mint nor are they perfect. Sold as is and as found (used and vintage) Since this is Irreplaceable there can be no returns on this sale.. Please use photos to make your decisions. Remember that old glue and hot post offices may cause some stones in vintage pieces to loosen in shipping.
