1794 US Colonial, Talbot Allum and Lee Copper, with New York on a thin planchet. The coin has a pleasing appearance with nice brown surfaces. Walter Breen, on page 103 of his Complete Encyclopedia of United States and Colonial Coins, attributes this variety as Breen # 1030, struck on a think plancet and referred to as "RARE."
