What beautiful piece this is! The antique cameo is real coral and the bale is 14 kt gold. The large ring setting ( 1 1/2 x 1 1/4) is a gilt metal as is the fancy etched band. The ring is really well made and had 24 tiny seed pearls. The size of the ring can up to a 9. This is in very good shape and the antique carved coral cameo is really pretty!.
