14KT GOLD Victorian BABY ring and original box

HOw adorable is this little 14kt gold ring with Baby on the front? THe ring is marked 14 kt on the inside and has the initials MC beside that. This is a size 1 1/2 and weighs .7 grams. The box reads Arcade Jewelry Co 117 E. Federal St. Youngstown Ohio. Inside it is velvet. What a wonderful old keepsake or future heirloom.
