14 Pc Canister & Spice Set Czeckoslovankia Odette Good Cond White, Claret & Blue

 Here we have an antique 14-piece spice canister set from Czechoslovakia. Each creamy white piece is decorated with the same deep royal/claret red and black design. The bottom of most of the pieces are embossed under glaze with the word “Odette” and various numbers. Most of the pieces are also stamped Czechoslovakia in ink and have an ink number stamp as well. The set is in overall good condition for its age. The set is made up of 5 large canisters, 6 small canisters, 1 salt pig or box and 2 carafes. The coffee canister has a few small nicks around the lid and 1 small nick in the red on the upper right front corner. The barley canister has no ink stamp on the bottom and is checking from age. The tea canister is checking. The nutmeg canister is checking on the lid only. The cinnamon canister has some discoloration on the lid. The salt pig needs new pins to hold the lid in place and it is checking as well. The allspice canister is checking. The oil carafes lid is discolored. The vinegar carafes lid is checking and has a couple of nicks as well. The pepper canisters lid is checking. The oatmeal canister is checking on the body and lid. I do not know the maker or exact date the set was made. This set is antique and will not be perfect. The big canister’s measures 8 inches tall, 4 5/8 inches side to side and 4 5/8 inches front to back. The small canisters measures 4 inches tall, 2 ¼ inches side to side and 2 ¼ inches front to back. The carafes measure 9 ¾ inches tall, 3 inches side to side and 3 inches front to back. The salt pig measures 6 3/8 inches tall, 7 7/8 inches front to back and 4 inches front to back. The set weighs a total of 35 pounds.
