Vintage Hawaiian Souvenir woven Box Purse. It is hand made from a wood substructure covered with woven grass and trimmed with figural wood and bamboo. The handles are of bamboo. It is lined with red satin like fabric. The front has a hut palm tree motif and the letters Hawaii spelled out in the wood pegs at the top.

It measures 10" high including the handles and 7 1/2 wide. The design is tapered with the depth is at the top 2 1/4 and is 4" at the base .

The condition is very good to excellent. It sure is cute handmade souviner of Hawaii purse.
