Beautiful Max Factor Brass and Mother of Pearl compact with pop up lipstick. Mirror is very nice. There is no lipstick in it. Measures 2 1/4" long by 1 1/8" wide. Bottom of compact marked Max Factor Hollywood, London, Paris. USA Patent No. 2,830,602. Container Made In England. Circa 1940's. It is in excellent condition with only some very slight oxidation on the brass. This is a GREAT piece to add to your collection!
