PLEASE NOTE! THESE ITEMS ARE QUILT BLOCKS-READY TO BE SET TOGETHER! Exquisite set of 20 old quilt blocks! A total of 20 blocks with 47 small patches in each block, or a total of 940 patches make up this set of blocks. The variation of the pattern "Grandmother's Fan: is unique. There are 4 small fans on each side of the block, plus the interior of the individual block has a winding pattern of a "fan". Fabrics of the thirties or earlier were saved for this quilt, cut into patches and sewed together for this work of art. All hand-pieced, all hand appliqued, this design is set together on a medium blue solid cotton fabric. There is approximately 1.5 yards of this blue fabric in several pieces that has been saved for the binding of the quilt. All COTTON FABRICS! Imagine the time it took to make each block!
