An unusual Art Deco silverplated jigger by in the form of a handbell by Napier. The sides are engraved with the recipe for two classic cocktailsthe Manhattan and the martini. The interior has a metal clapper so the jigger actually makes a ringing sound as the last of its contents are poured out. The bell is mounted on a mahogany handle. Marked Napier. Origin: America, ca. 1935. Condition: excellent, no plating wear. Size: 6-1/2 high; 2-15/16 diameter.
